Mary B. McKee

Ms. McKee represents individuals applying for Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits, and also practices in the areas of elder law and estate planning for families with special needs.

A magna cum laude graduate of Yale, Ms. McKee received her law degree from Notre Dame Law School in 1985. Her experience includes work for

• the insurance division of a state consumer protection agency in Boston, Massachusetts;
• the Social Security Subcommittee of the House Ways and Means Committee in Washington, D.C.; and
• the federal occupational safety and health (OSHA) review commission.

Now a member of the bar in five states (PA, NJ, MA, DC, OH), Ms. McKee focused on her disability practice in 1996. She is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, and speaks and writes on the subject.

Ms. McKee resides in Lorain County, Ohio, with her husband and three young children, one of whom has Downs syndrome.
